We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our showroom at Moore Park SupaCenta. If you enjoy connecting with people and have a passion for furniture, interiors or better sleep, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
You will welcome customers into our showroom, understand their needs and guide them towards the right products. You will also follow up on enquiries and orders, helping deliver a positive experience from the first visit through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, materials and available options.
- Prepare quotations, process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
- Follow up on enquiries and quotations to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team on customer orders.
- Keep the showroom clean, organised and well presented.
- Support promotional activities and showroom display updates.
About You
- Experience in retail sales or customer service; furniture or bedding experience is an advantage.
- Confident communication and a friendly, skilled manner.
- A proactive approach to sales and customer follow-up.
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn about our products and provide thoughtful recommendations.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as rostered.
- Australian work rights.
Mandarin language skills are an advantage but are not essential.
