About the Role
You’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in line with our recipes and presentation standards. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service, maintain kitchen hygiene, and uphold consistency in every plate that leaves the pass.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a commercial kitchen
- Flexibility to work weekdays including Friday and Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling procedures
- Familiarity with stock control
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with Vietnamese or other Asian cuisines
- Vietnamese speaking back ground
