Victoria Tourism Industry Council
- Melbourne VIC Reporting to the Chief Engagement Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating industry-leading programs and events that support and strengthen Victoria's visitor economy. You'll work closely with participants, sponsors, judges, industry leaders and stakeholders to ensure programs are delivered seamlessly and to an exceptional standard.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate the Victorian Tourism Leadership Program Support the delivery of the Victorian Tourism Awards Manage program logistics, communications and stakeholder engagement Coordinate judges, sponsors, partners and participants Assist with member events, networking functions and industry forums Support the delivery of new membership and industry initiatives Maintain accurate records, reporting and program documentation About you Experience coordinating programs,



projects and/or events Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A customer-focused mindset and stakeholder management experience Experience in tourism, membership, association, events or not-for-profit sectors (highly regarded) Experience with CRM systems and event management platforms (desirable)
