House Made Hospitality in Sydney is seeking a Group Sommelier to shape our wine offering across a diverse group of venues. You’ll lead a small wine team, guide memorable guest experiences and develop confidence in others to grow wine sales through exceptional hospitality. Based primarily at Hinchcliff House in the CBD, you’ll extend responsibilities to Bondi and Surry Hills venues, building wine lists, managing purchasing, stock, and supplier relationships while driving revenue and margins.
