Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Palmyra. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
Pay structure
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Requirements
Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.
No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Availability needed
Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.
Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
The role
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
