WonderBurger is looking for an experienced and reliable Front of House Supervisor to join our team in Kingston.
We are looking for someone confident leading a team, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can provide excellent customer service while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
About the Role
As our FOH Supervisor, you will work closely with management and the kitchen team to ensure every shift runs efficiently and our customers receive a great experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and supporting front of house staff during service
- Leading busy lunch and dinner shifts
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Taking orders and operating the POS system
- Handling customer enquiries, feedback and complaints
- Coordinating with the kitchen to maintain fast and accurate service
- Opening and closing the restaurant
- Managing cash handling and end-of-day procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the dining and service areas
- Ensuring staff follow company procedures, food safety and responsible service requirements
- Assisting with training and onboarding new team members
- Helping organise breaks and allocating staff duties during shifts
- Monitoring stock levels and communicating shortages to management
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager with general daily operations
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory or senior FOH role
- Is confident leading and motivating a team
- Has solid customer service and communication skills
- Can stay calm and organised during busy periods
- Is reliable, punctual and takes responsibility for their shifts
- Has good attention to detail
- Can work well with both FOH and kitchen staff
- Is available for a flexible roster including evenings and weekends
- Holds a current RSA or is willing to obtain one if required
