Red Rooster – BOH Duties

Prepare and cook food according to Red Rooster procedures.

Check food temperatures and maintain food safety.

Keep food covered, labelled and stored correctly.

Maintain stock levels and minimise food wastage.

Clean and sanitise benches, equipment and utensils.

Keep the kitchen, floors and cooking areas clean.

Follow handwashing and hygiene procedures.

Complete opening or closing cleaning duties.

Report low stock, equipment faults and food safety issues to the supervisor.

Pay: $26.44 – $49.97 per hour

Work Location: In person
