We are currently seeking Certificate III and Diploma qualified Room Assistants to join our growing teams at our Gregory Hills and Oran Park Montessori Academy centres.

Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team to deliver high-quality education and care.
- Foster positive and meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Support the planning and implementation of engaging learning experiences in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and service policies.
- Contribute to children's learning observations and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children's development and wellbeing.
- Support the implementation of Montessori principles and practices throughout the classroom.

About You





- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Quality Standards and EYLF.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for early childhood education and children's learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
- Commitment to providing exceptional care and educational outcomes for every child.
