ASLAN Coffee is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista / All Rounder to join our team at The Rocks.
We're passionate about great coffee, genuine hospitality, and creating a welcoming experience for every customer. We're looking for someone who shares these values and thrives in a busy café workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Provide friendly, attentive and knowledgeable customer service.
- Take orders, operate POS and make menu recommendations.
- Serve food and beverages, clear tables and assist with daily café operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and equipment standards.
- Assist with opening, closing, restocking and general café duties.
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista and hospitality experience preferred.
- Confident espresso preparation and milk texturing skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain organised under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual and proactive team player.
- Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive workplace.
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
- Valid Australian working rights.
