TechHeaven is looking for a friendly, reliable person to join our customer-facing team. This part time role combines sales, customer service and administration, helping customers understand their options and keeping repair jobs moving smoothly.
You don’t need device repair experience. We’ll provide the training you need to learn our services, products and systems.

The role
- Welcome customers and handle enquiries in person, by phone and by email.
- Explain repair options, products and services, helping customers choose what suits their needs.
- Process sales, payments, device drop-offs and collections.
- Create and maintain accurate customer records and repair tickets.
- Coordinate with our technical team and keep customers informed about their jobs.
- Help with general administration and day-to-day store tasks.
What we’re looking for
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- A friendly, professional manner and confident communication skills.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Confidence using computers and learning new systems.
- Reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn.
- The ability to manage several tasks in a busy environment.
- Availability for morning shifts from 9 am to 2 pm.
Previous retail sales or administration experience would be an advantage, but experience in the repair industry isn’t required.

Pay: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour
