The Role:
As a production cook, you will be the heartbeat of our kitchen, preparing high-volume retail ready-to-eat meals and classic Italian specialties.Your day-to-day will involve:

- Bulk Cooking: Preparing popular, high-volume retail meals daily.
- Italian Specialties: Cooking traditional favorites like meatballs,



cannelloni, lasagna, and our signature sauces.
- Fried Production: Efficiently crisping up crowd-pleasers like chicken and pork cotoletta.
- Kitchen Operations: Keeping a clean, secure, and punctual workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Sharing your knowledge and helping guide less experienced kitchen hands.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience: 1–2+ years of experience in a high-volume commercial kitchen (café, catering, or retail production experience is perfect).
- Reliability: A punctual professional who takes pride in an organized, clean workspace.
- Physical Fitness: This is a dynamic, active role that involves high-volume prep and moving stock throughout our multi-level space.
- Availability: Flexible to work a 5-day roster that includes at least one weekend day.
