Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Kiara
We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Kiara. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.
What we provide
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Your responsibilities
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay and super
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.
The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
