Jamie Fitness needs a casual PT in Sheldon who enjoys one-to-one coaching. Expect to build an ongoing client base gradually. We do not hand over an existing client book, and full time hours are not guaranteed.
When you need to be available
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- These are the times you must be available; they are not guaranteed paid hours.
Pay
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.
Your responsibilities
Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Coach each client one-to-one.
Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
