We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator to join a leading REO steel manufacturer. If you have experience in steel processing or construction manufacturing and know your way around benders or automated cutting machinery, this is your chance to secure steady work with a transparent path to permanency.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate REO steel machinery for cutting, bending, and shaping reinforcement products
- Handle, move, and stack steel safely and efficiently
- Monitor equipment and make basic adjustments to ensure smooth operations
- Perform quality checks and maintain high standards
- Keep your workspace safe, clean, and organised
- Support the team to meet daily production targets
- Assist with general factory duties as required
- Bonus: Experience with overhead gantry cranes or a forklift licence
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in REO steel or related manufacturing
- Comfortable with heavy machinery and manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Solid team player with a good work ethic
