We are seeking a compassionate and reliable male Disability Support Worker (as per the client’s preference) to provide person-centred support, help clients achieve their goals, access the community, and build independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support with daily living, community access and activities.
- Support individual goals and wellbeing.
- Maintain client notes and required documentation.
- Work with families, carers and other professionals.
- Follow NDIS, WHS, privacy and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Community Services or similar.
- Minimum 6 months’ relevant experience.
- Current Police Check / NDIS Screening Check.
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of the NDIS framework.
