Hours: Full time 45 hours per week

Experience Required: min 1 year in a relevant role

Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.

Duties: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include -

- To ensure that the kitchen is organised and run to the required standards.
- Preparing and cooking food and ordering food supplies
- Monitoring quality of dishes before they’re presented to customers
- Discussing food preparation issues with head chef and floor staff
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Assisting with the training of recent staff
