PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West North Parramatta

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in North Parramatta, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

Your responsibilities

- Be part of our mentoring and team workshops.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- What we provide

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

Pay and super





You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
