Panaceum is seeking experienced and passionate GP Supervisors to provide remote supervision for
Level 3 doctors working across regional and remote Western Australia.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on rural healthcare while enjoying a highly
flexible and well-supported role.

About the Role

We are looking for Fellows of the:

- RACGP, or
- ACRRM

who have:

- At least 3 years post-fellowship experience and current professional indemnity
- Current Vocational Registration with AHPRA
- A passion for mentoring and supporting rural doctors

Supervisors will provide remote clinical supervision to Level 3 doctors working within the Panaceum
network in regional Western Australia.

What the Role Involves

- Approximately 1 hour per week
- Flexible remote supervision via:

o Phone consultation
o Secure video conferencing
o Secure electronic messaging

- Providing guidance, clinical support, and professional mentorship
- Being contactable during agreed clinical hours or response timeframes
- Completing brief reports to AHPRA every 3 months
- Participating in registrar assessments, feedback,



and documentation processes
- Attending a Panaceum-wide supervisors’ meeting every 6 months focused on:

o Clinical governance
o Supervision standards
o Continuous improvement
