Part-Time / Casual | 3–4 Days Per Week

Gold Cross Medical Centre is seeking a mature, experienced, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and supportive administration team.

We are looking for a professional, organised and confident individual who can thrive in a busy medical practice and deliver excellent patient service.

Essential Requirements

- Previous medical centre reception experience is essential.
- Proficiency in MedicalDirector and PracSoft is required.
- Sound knowledge of Medicare billing and claiming procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Robust organisational skills and ability to multitask.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A professional, friendly, and compassionate approach to patient care.

Position Details

- Part-time or casual employment.
- 3–4 days per week.
- Established, busy medical centre.
- Supportive and welcoming administration team.
