We are seeking a motivated and reliable Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team of professionals located at our Marrickville branch.

Job Description:

As an Automotive Parts Interpreter you are the first point of contact with our customers in person and over the phone consulting and assisting them with product information and queries.

Job Type: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities -

- Receiving and Processing customer orders
- Stock management
- Maintain a safe, clean, and practicable work environment, adhering to OH&S; requirements
- Basic maintenance and general housekeeping
- Pick, Pack & Dispatch customer orders
- Other tasks as directed from time to time

Desired skills-

- Strong automotive general knowledge
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Computer literacy including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office




- Be a motivated individual with the ability to learn current tasks efficiently
- Positive verbal communication skills
- Can prioritize any given workload

Full Systems training will be provided.

The applicant will come with a strong automotive parts knowledge base, ideally with previous interpreting experience in the automotive or equivalent industry.

Physical Demands:

Occasional Warehouse activities require periods on your feet with some lifting involved.
