Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Preston Fitzroy North

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Fitzroy North. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Qualifications

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Support

You will not pay gym rent.



Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

What you will do

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- Apply with your CV. We are happy to answer questions about the role.
