Commercial Hotel Aberdeen is looking for a talented Sous Chef or Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will assist in menu planning, daily food production, stock control and maintaining high standards of quality.
Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a similar role, passion for cooking, strong communication and organisation skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a quick-paced quality restaurant.
