Albus Painting Pty Ltd is a growing residential, commercial and industrial painting company seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee our projects from commencement through to completion.

We're looking for someone who can confidently take leadership of daily operations, coordinate our painting teams and ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, on schedule and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple painting projects from start to finish, including scheduling, coordination and handover.
- Allocate painters and subcontractors, delegate tasks and oversee daily site operations.
- Plan ahead to ensure labour, materials, equipment and access requirements are organised before works commence.
- Liaise with clients, builders, suppliers and other trades, maintaining clear communication and progress updates.
- Monitor workmanship, productivity, project timelines and quality standards.
- Review plans, specifications, scopes of work and colour schedules.
- Track labour costs, material usage, budgets and variations to maintain profitability.
- Coordinate site inductions, SWMS, safety requirements and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections,



resolve issues proactively and manage defects through to completion.
- Maintain accurate project records, progress photos and regular updates.

About you:

- Experience in construction project management or trade supervision.
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage several projects independently and anticipate problems before they arise.
- Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, quality control and job costing.
- Confident using computers and project management systems.
- Current driver's licence and ability to travel between sites.
