Casual Personal Trainer | Lawson

Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Lawson. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.

Pay rates

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- What we are looking for
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Availability
- Four afternoons or evenings each week, about 3pm to 8.30pm
- Two mornings each week
- This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.

What the role involves

- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.




- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.
