Bonville Golf Resort is recognised as one of the world’s most beautiful golf courses and is consistently recognised as one of Australia’s leading golf destinations.

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance function and ensure our resort, accommodation, grounds, plant and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining practical maintenance work with planning, team leadership, contractor management, compliance and project coordination.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

- Lead and support the maintenance team, including day-to-day allocation and prioritisation of work.
- Undertake hands-on maintenance across the resort, accommodation, facilities and grounds.
- Manage preventative maintenance programs and respond to reactive maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate contractors, trades and external service providers.
- Oversee maintenance projects, repairs and improvements.
- Ensure plant, equipment and facilities are safe, functional and well maintained.
- Maintain appropriate records, schedules and compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve maintenance processes, efficiency and presentation.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure the needs of guests, members and the business are met.

About You





We are looking for someone who:

- Has proven experience in maintenance, facilities or a similar leadership role.
- Is confident leading a team and managing different personalities and experience levels.
- Is practical, organised and solutions-focused.
- Can balance hands-on work with administration, planning and leadership.
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is confident managing contractors and external trades.
- Takes pride in presentation, quality and getting the job done properly.
- Can build positive relationships while also setting clear expectations and holding people accountable.

Experience in a resort, hotel, golf course, commercial property or similar environment will be highly regarded.
