Our range of products and services includes the fabrication and installation of aluminium windows and doors in commercial settings, as well as comprehensive domestic installation and repair services.
We are currently seeking a Guillotine Operator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up guillotine & bender machinery to cut and bend aluminium products to specified dimensions
- Read and interpret work orders, cutting lists, drawings and measurements
- Measure, mark and cut aluminium materials accurately while minimising waste
- Safely load, unload and handle aluminium sheets and materials
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
- Other warehousing ad hoc duties
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience operating a guillotine in a metal fabrication, aluminium manufacturing or sheet metal environment
- Experience handling and cutting aluminium sheet
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labour
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
- Follow workplace Health & Safety Procedures
- Must have the right to work in Australia
