We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and hardworking Hospitality All-Rounders to join our team!
Kids World is a vibrant indoor adventure playland and café, providing a fun, welcoming environment for Sunshine Coast families.
We're seeking friendly, energetic team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, take pride in delivering excellent customer service and are happy to jump in wherever needed.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Hospitality All-Rounder, you'll be involved in all aspects of our daily operations, including:
- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service.
- Taking orders, processing payments and operating POS systems.
- Preparing and serving café food, beverages and barista-made coffee.
- Assisting with basic food preparation and kitchen duties.
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the café, play areas and venue.
- Assisting with birthday parties, special events and children's activities.
- Monitoring play areas and helping maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
- Restocking supplies and completing daily cleaning tasks.
- Supporting opening and closing procedures.
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
ABOUT YOU

- Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.
- Can multitask and work efficiently during busy periods.
- Is proactive, organised and willing to take initiative.

- Is flexible and happy to assist across all areas of the business.
- Is available to work weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
- Proven hospitality experience - minimum 12 months
