Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties

- Beverage Preparation: Brew coffee, pull espresso shots, steam milk, create latte art, and prepare specialty hot or cold drinks according to store recipes.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, explain menu options, take accurate orders, note dietary restrictions or customizations, and handle inquiries or complaints.
- Food Service: Serve light food items such as pastries, sandwiches, or snacks.
- Cash & POS Handling: Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems, process cash and card transactions, and issue change or receipts.
- Equipment Maintenance: Dial in grinders, calibrate machines, backflush espresso machines, purge steam wands, and report mechanical issues.
- Cleanliness & Sanitation: Wipe down counters, sanitize work areas, wash utensils and glassware, and keep the customer seating area clean.
- Stock & Inventory: Restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and display items, and track low-inventory items.

Pay: $26.44 – $48.51 per hour
