Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Bellevue
Jamie Fitness is hiring a casual personal trainer for one-to-one coaching in Bellevue. You will build your ongoing client base over time. This role does not come with a ready-made client book or guaranteed full-time hours.
What the role involves
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Talk recent enquiries through how the training works.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Support
There is no gym rent to pay in this role, and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.
Pay structure
Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:
- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Your availability
We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week,
roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.
Requirements
A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
