We are currently seeking reliable Labourers for construction and civil projects across Sydney and surrounding areas. This is a excellent prospect for hardworking candidates with previous construction experience who are looking for ongoing work and the opportunity to work across different project sites.

The successful applicants will assist with general site duties, material handling, site preparation, clean-up, and other construction tasks as required. Candidates should be physically fit, reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced construction environment.

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Labourer, Construction Labourer, Civil Labourer, or General Labourer
- Valid White Card
- Physically fit and comfortable performing manual labour
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Strong understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
- Reliable transport to various Sydney work locations
- Available to start ASAP

Duties Include

- Performing general labouring duties on construction sites
- Loading, unloading, moving, and organising construction materials
- Assisting tradespeople, operators, and site supervisors
- Preparing and clearing work areas
- Digging, lifting, carrying, and other manual handling tasks




- Assisting with construction, civil, and earthworks activities
- Using basic hand and power tools where required
- Maintaining clean, organised, and safe work areas
- Following WHS procedures and site safety requirements
- Completing additional duties as directed by the site supervisor
