We're looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to provide community access support for a client living in Junee, NSW.

This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by supporting an individual to engage with their local community, build independence, and achieve their personal goals in a safe and supportive way.

About the Role
The role involves providing one-to-one community access support, including:

- Supporting participation in community and social activities
- Assisting the client to build confidence and independence
- Encouraging engagement in meaningful activities and outings
- Providing transport to and from community-based activities
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes
- Promoting a secure, positive, and person-centred support experience

What We're Looking For
We're seeking Support Workers who are:

- Friendly, professional, and person-centred in their approach




- Strong communicators who can build positive relationships
- Reliable and committed to delivering quality support
- Comfortable supporting community participation and social engagement
- Able to work independently while maintaining regular communication with the wider team

Essential Requirements

- Current Driver's Licence
- Reliable and insured vehicle suitable for community access support
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or equivalent clearance)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Right to work in Australia
