What we’re looking for
We’re looking for customer-focused hospitality legends to join our team at Noodle Box Richmond as Shift Supervisors. You’ll be motivated to make an impact, happy to bring ideas to the table, and a genuine people person who makes sure every customer gets the Noodle Box experience we’re known for. You’ll run shifts day to day and learn how to manage wages and inventory on shift.
What would make you a standout candidate
- Experience leading a service front of house or in the kitchen, and holding the team to 100% standards on quality, service and cleanliness
- An understanding of pre-shift, peak, non-peak and pre-close procedures
- Confidence giving feedback and coaching your team consistently
- Experience keeping a fast-paced wok line moving while juggling dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders
- A flair for customer service, and the ability to coach your team to the same standard
- Ability to help roll out national marketing campaigns in the restaurant
- A can-do attitude when things don’t go to plan
- Confidence, character and a commitment to continuous improvement
- A commitment to growing the restaurant with us
