We're looking for experienced Cafe Managers to lead our Chermside and Joyner stores!

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead the day-to-day operations of a busy café, keeping service running smoothly.
- Lead, train and develop the Front of House (FOH) team.
- Build a positive team culture with clear expectations and strong communication.
- Manage staff rostering, shift coverage and team performance.
- Maintain high standards across customer service, presentation, cleanliness and service speed.
- Work closely with the Head Cook to keep FOH and kitchen operations running as one team.
- Lead from the front, support the team during busy periods and jump in wherever needed.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to ensure a excellent guest experience.
- Monitor stock, ordering, wastage, food safety and daily operational standards.

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience as a Cafe Manager, Café Supervisor, Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate, train and hold a team accountable.
- Experience managing rosters, shift operations and day-to-day café performance.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering great customer service.
- The ability to stay organised, make decisions and keep a cool head in a fast-paced environment.
- A hands-on approach. You're happy to lead from the floor, set the standard and get stuck in.
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of your store.
