We’re looking for an experienced/transition to Senior Leading Hand who can run a residential metal roofing crew professionally, someone who values culture just as much as quality workmanship.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading residential metal roofing crew across Brisbane & SEQ
- Managing day-to-day site operations and workflow
- Maintaining high workmanship and safety standards
- Mentoring apprentices and younger roofers
- Creating a positive, respectful team environment
- Coordinating materials, site organisation and productivity
- Working closely with management to improve systems and delivery

Requirements
- Strong residential metal roofing experience
- Previous leadership or crew management experience preferred
- White Card + Working at Heights
- Driver’s Licence
- Ability to lead crews professionally and respectfully
- Strong communication and organisational skills
