Please note this role is a permanent part time opportunity working 3-4 days per week (max 0.8FTE). Regular weekend work is a requirement of this position - please only submit an application if weekend work suits your circumstances (penalty rates apply)
This role involves:
- Consulting with customers to understand their needs, then recommending the perfect kitchen, bathroom and laundry solutions.
- Managing the customer journey end-to-end — from quotation through to sale, coordinating delivery and installation, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining exceptional customer relationships — at e&s;, we create customers for life.
- Staying up to date with product and systems knowledge through our comprehensive training and support.
- Contributing to a positive, high-performing team setting (and have some fun along the way!).
