We are looking for an experienced Senior Licensed Conveyancer or Project Paralegal to predominantly run our off the plan project conveyancing for our developer clients. You will manage projects from contract issue through to bulk settlement. You will work closely with our senior solicitors and have real ownership of your projects.
Key responsibilities
- You will manage a broad range of conveyancing matters across residential, development and large-scale property transactions, working closely with senior lawyers and clients throughout the transaction stages
- Prepare and issue contracts
- Respond to purchaser requests, including contract amendments
- Take instructions from clients
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other stakeholders
- Run bulk settlements
About you
- At least 4 years experience as a Licensed Conveyancer or Project Conveyancing Paralegal, including on large-scale off the plan developments
- Robust working knowledge of PEXA
- Relevant qualifications
- Attention to detail, especially where many lots must be settled to a deadline
- Client-centric focus
- The ability to respond promptly to clients and the other side
- Experience with project exchange platforms is desirable
