Burnups Home Style sells a wide range of furniture, bedding and mattresses - of which you will get to work across the whole range. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to drive sales opportunities and ensure customers have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create an amazing customer experience.
- Utilize your product knowledge and selling skills to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure accurate completion of paperwork and internal documentation.
- Maximize and upsell sales through effective selling techniques and add-on sales.
- Uphold showroom standards, including visual merchandising and pricing accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not essential.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
