Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator

Austrack Campers is looking for a creative and confident Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team and help grow our brands and connect with Australia’s outdoor community.

This is a hands-on creative role focused on social media, content ideas, community engagement, and on-camera content creation. You’ll be part of a collaborative marketing team working alongside our senior social media coordinator, photographer/videographer, graphic designer, and other creatives to bring campaigns and content to life across multiple brands.

If you enjoy social media, love creating engaging content, and are comfortable both behind the scenes and in front of the camera, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content & Social Media

- Help plan and create engaging content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube

- Confidently appear on camera for reels, product walkthroughs, trends, tips, and lifestyle content

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and social content

- Write captions, schedule content, and maintain a consistent brand voice across multiple brands

- Engage with our online community through comments, messages, and social interaction

- Stay across social trends, content ideas,



and platform updates

Growth & Marketing Support

- Monitor content performance and social media insights

- Identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach

- Contribute ideas for launches, promotions, and campaigns

- Support content shoots, events, or activations as required

About You

You’ll fit this role well if you:

- Understand what makes content perform on social media

- Are confident on camera and comfortable creating engaging content

- Have strong social media knowledge and creative instincts

- Enjoy storytelling, trends, and building online communities

- Are organised and capable of managing multiple projects

- Thrive in a fast-moving creative environment

- Are open to learning recent technologies and AI tools

- Have an interest in adventure and the outdoor lifestyle
