Medical Workforce Rostering Coordinator - Swan Hill District Health
Full time, fixed-term contract (17 months, parental leave cover)
Classification - HS3 from $77,426.44 per annum + super

Latitude Recruitment is proud to be partnered with Swan Hill District Health and is seeking someone to step into their Medical Workforce Rostering Coordinator role for 17 months to cover parental leave.

Most of your week will be spent building and managing the medical rosters, covering sick leave and making sure each area has the doctors it needs. You’ll also look after the junior doctors who rotate through from Bendigo Health and St Vincent’s, booking locums when there are gaps, and helping new doctors get settled when they arrive in Swan Hill. You won’t be left to work it out on your own. The team will mentor you through the role, so it’s a good fit if you’ve done rostering before and want to move into medical workforce.

About you

- Rostering experience, ideally across more than one department





- Good organisation, as rosters change often and you’ll be juggling a few things at once

- Easy to deal with, because you’ll be talking to doctors, managers and locum agencies every day

- Comfortable in Excel and Word

- Healthcare experience or an understanding of how a hospital runs is desirable, but not essential

- Current National Police Check and evidence of immunisation history (or willingness to obtain)
