MAYDAY is proud to be partnering with Australia’s largest funeral service provider to recruit a permanent Multimedia Assistant, based in Granville, NSW.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and organised individual with early experience to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment, supporting the production of high-quality visual and digital content.

About the role

In this hands-on position, you will support the creation and delivery of multimedia content across a range of formats, including video, audio, presentations, graphic design, and print-ready materials.

You will play a key role in ensuring all content is accurate, on brand, and delivered to a high standard within required timeframes. You will also provide high-level support to Funeral Conductors and Arrangers across New South Wales by coordinating and delivering essential service materials, ensuring everything is prepared accurately and on time for each funeral service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and editing multimedia content, including video, presentations, and digital assets.

- Preparing and formatting files for both digital and print output.

- Supporting the delivery of customised content for internal stakeholders and families.

- Collaborating with teams to gather and organise content for production.

- Applying brand standards, templates,



and production guidelines.

- Conducting quality checks to ensure all work is polished and client-ready.

- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.

About you

- Experience or a degree/qualification in multimedia, graphic design, digital production, or video editing.

- Experience within a customer service environment, including retail or hospitality.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and digital production tools.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

- Confidence in preparing digital and print-ready assets.

- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach.

- A positive, adaptable attitude and a genuine eagerness to learn and grow.
