About the Role

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, building rapport, introducing our services, and booking appointments for our membership consultants.

Your Responsibilities

- Making outbound calls to prospective customers

- Building strong rapport and engagement

- Identifying customer interest and qualifying opportunities

- Booking appointments for our consulting team

- Achieving daily and weekly KPIs

- Maintaining accurate customer records

Experience

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales,



or appointment setting is advantageous but not required.

Full training is provided.

Hours & Roster

Weekly Roster (6 Days Per Week)

- Monday to Thursday: 3:00pm - 8:00pm

- Friday: 9:30am - 2:30pm

- Saturday: 9:30am - 2:30pm

- Sunday: Off
