This is a flexible, commission-based independent sales chance suited to someone with an existing network in residential construction, interiors or building materials. You may already operate a sales agency, represent complementary products, or run an industry-related business. Kerfon is interested in relevant relationships and your ability to develop genuine project opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce Kerfon to builders, interior designers and other relevant decision-makers.
- Identify upcoming projects requiring custom cabinetry or whole-home joinery.
- Arrange introductions and meetings, and help obtain drawings and project briefs.
- Establish project scope, budget expectations and purchasing timelines.
- Work with our team to follow up proposals and progress opportunities towards signed contracts.
- Develop repeat business with clients you introduce.
About you
- Established relationships with Sydney residential builders, designers or related businesses.
- A background in building materials, joinery, kitchens, architectural products, construction sales or a closely related field.
- The ability to reach decision-makers and identify projects where supplier selection is still open.
- Clear communication, commercial judgement and reliable follow-through.
- Direct joinery experience is valuable, but relevant industry relationships and a demonstrated ability to win business are equally important.

Kerfon Joinery is a Sydney-based custom cabinetry supplier with overseas factory and local factory. We work with builders, designers and homeowners on new homes and renovations. We supply and install kitchens, wardrobes, vanities and custom joinery, including curved cabinetry and detailed custom finishes. We combine overseas manufacturing with local design, installation and Sydney warehouse and CNC support for adjustments and rectification.
