Make an Impact Every Day

As Assistant Store Manager, you'll partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding commercial results while creating an inspiring environment for both customers and team members.

You'll be responsible for:

- Leading, coaching,



and developing a high-performing retail team.

- Driving sales, productivity, and customer engagement.

- Delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect the Victoria's Secret brand.

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing team development.

- Maintaining outstanding visual merchandising and store presentation.

- Overseeing Back-of-House operations, stock flow, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.

- Supporting Merch Flow activities to ensure effective stock movement and product availability.

- Promoting a safe workplace by supporting Work Health & Safety (WHS) initiatives and maintaining compliance standards.

- Working collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve business goals and operational excellence.

About You

You'll bring:

- Previous retail leadership experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Department Manager, Supervisor, or similar.

- A passion for coaching and developing people.

- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sales and KPIs.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- A customer-first mindset and a hands-on approach.

- Experience in stock management, inventory control, or Back-of-House operations is highly regarded.
