We are seeking experienced and passionate Performance Coaches to join our growing team on a casual basis, with opportunities to progress into permanent, full-time positions as we continue to expand.

This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional coaching and work with a highly engaged member community, alongside leading practitioners across performance, recovery and longevity.

The Role

- Deliver highly personalised one-on-one and small-group coaching experiences.

- Develop tailored programs focused on strength, conditioning, movement, recovery and longevity.

- Collaborate with practitioners across physiotherapy, nutrition and other health disciplines to support member outcomes.

- Utilise leading technology and performance metrics to inform programming and track progress.

- Build meaningful, long-term relationships with members and deliver exceptional coaching experiences.

This is a casual opportunity where afternoon and weekend availability is essential, with a strong preference for coaches available to work weekends.

About You

- A Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Sport Science or a related discipline is preferred.





- Candidates holding Certificate III and IV in Fitness will be considered with a minimum of five years' relevant coaching experience.

- ASCA accreditation is highly regarded.

- Strong technical knowledge of strength and conditioning, programming, periodisation and performance optimisation.

- Confidence using data and technology to deliver measurable member outcomes.

- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build genuine relationships with members.

- A commitment to career development and delivering the highest standards of coaching.
