This is a short-term locum opportunity for an experienced Clinical Pharmacist at a regional hospital in NSW. The role is ideal for pharmacists with hospital experience who are confident working independently across wards within a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver clinical pharmacy services across general medicine, surgical, and rehabilitation wards.
- Conduct medication reconciliations, clinical reviews, and discharge counselling to support safe and effective patient care.
- Assist with patient admissions, discharge planning, and continuity of care.
- Participate in multidisciplinary ward rounds, working closely with medical, nursing, and allied health teams.
- Contribute to daily pharmacy operations and quality patient care initiatives.
About you
- Current and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a pharmacist.
- Previous experience working in an Australian hospital pharmacy setting, whether public or private.
- Ability to work autonomously in ward-based clinical environments.
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented and patient-centred approach.
