We are currently seeking a Part time Customer Service Agent who shares our values of Safety & Security, Passion, Integrity, Reliability, Innovation and Teamwork.

Suitable candidates will be required to deliver high performance standards around all aspects of cargo handling, meeting the requirements of our customers based at the Melbourne International Airport in Tullamarine.

The role:

- You will be the first point of contact for delivery drivers entering the facility / reception.

- Process documentation at freight acceptance and delivery.

- Maintain professional relationships with customers.

- Assisting customers with enquiries and resolving customer complaints.

- Create invoices and reconcile banking ensuring that all applicable charges are collected.

- Process cash and electronic transactions.

- Complete general filing and other office duties.

About you:

- Professional, approachable and warm in style with a solid attention to detail.

- Previous experience in an administration role - minimum of 1 year.

- Ability to work autonomously, effectively and efficiently.

- Extremely flexible and happy to get down into the detail and be operational.





- Exposure to a blue-collar workforce will be highly regarded.

- Strong ability to problem solve and deliver solutions-based outcomes.

- Can anticipate needs, be agile and flexible to ensure deadlines are met.

- Strong stakeholder service skills between our airline partners.

- Impeccable time management skills.

- Strong written & verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail.

- Proficient ability to utilise the Microsoft Office Suite.

- MUST be able to work on a 7-day rotational shift roster.
