Agence de Parfum is seeking a Creed Brand Ambassador to join our team on a casual basis in Adelaide CBD. This is an exciting opportunity to represent one of the world's most prestigious fragrance houses and become the face of Creed within our store environment. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience while promoting the heritage, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of the Creed brand. Your role will directly impact brand perception and customer loyalty, making you a vital member of our retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and provide expert product knowledge about Creed fragrances
- Achieve sales targets, KPIs and contribute to store performance
- Represent the Creed brand with professionalism and authenticity, embodying the brand values and aesthetic
- Demonstrate fragrances to customers and guide them through the selection process with passion and expertise
- Maintain an immaculate appearance and presentation in line with luxury brand standards
- Build and nurture relationships with customers to encourage brand loyalty and repeat visits
- Educate customers about the history, heritage, and craftsmanship behind Creed fragrances
- Maintain product displays and ensure stock levels are adequate and well-presented
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and sophisticated shopping environment
- Handle transactions accurately and professionally at the point of sale
- Share customer feedback and insights with management to inform marketing and merchandising strategies
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in retail, preferably in a luxury or fragrance workplace
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers at all levels
- Genuine passion for fragrances and a keen interest in the Creed brand
- Strong personal grooming standards and the ability to present yourself impeccably at all times
- A naturally charismatic personality with excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to work flexibly on a casual basis, including weekends and peak trading periods
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive customer engagement
- Knowledge of fragrance families, notes, and recommendations would be advantageous
- Enthusiasm to learn about product heritage and the art of perfumery
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
