Run your own crew across Perth’s residential estates

The Residential Department at Landscape Elements delivers residential landscaping across 30+ estates in Perth, as well as land lease communities (LLC). We’re looking for a Landscape Supervisor to lead a crew of 4-6 from our Balcatta base and keep our projects on time, safe and built to a standard we’re proud of.

What you’ll be doing

- Leading your crew day to day and keeping jobs on program and to spec

- Reading plans and specs, and setting out and checking work on site

- Keeping safety and environmental compliance tight on every site

- Dealing directly with developers, builders,



clients and subcontractors

- Reporting on progress and sorting out issues before they become problems

- Mentoring and training your crew, and helping us improve how we build

What you’ll bring

- Experience supervising or leading a landscape crew of 4-6

- Hands-on knowledge of hardscaping, soft scaping, irrigation, paving, and planting

- Confidence reading landscaping plans

- Solid communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to keep a team motivated

- Current White Card and driver’s licence

- Full, unrestricted Australian work rights

Nice to have

- Qualifications in construction, landscaping, horticulture, or a related field
