National Logistics is a family-owned and run transport company with depots in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. We specialise in the transportation of palletised goods throughout the east coast of Australia.
We currently have an prospect for an experienced linehaul forklift driver to join our Brisbane team. Based in our Rocklea depot, this role will involve loading and unloading our local fleet of rigids, loading and unloading our mass managed fleet of interstate linehaul trailers and general in-depot work as required
To be successful in this role you must possess:
- a current LF forklift licence
- experience in loading rigid, semi and B double trucks/mezzanine trailers
- experience in loading general freight for interstate linehaul
- knowledge of mass management and the ability to load to weight
- load restraint experience
- ability to work independently and in a team
- be hard working
- be physically fit
- be able to work overtime when required
This is a full time position for the right candidate, paying well above award rates.
