ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter with 2+ years post-trade experience.
- Solid heavy earthmoving experience.
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Experience with CAT, Komatsu & Hitachi
- Heavy mobile plant or field service experience
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- The ability to work autonomously and take ownership
- A solid safety mindset
- Good communication skills and the ability to deal with clients and the team
- Leadership experience is desirable, or the drive to step up and lead from the front
